The 5 most common mistakes made by shooters:
1. Thumb on shooting hand pushing the ball out to the right or the left.
2. Thumb on guide hand pointed out after shot, typically meaning that player is shooting
with both hands.
3. Unnecessary jerking movements, that affects the flight of the ball and the end result of the shot
4. No arc on shot, shot is flat due to no snap in wrist and lack of full extension with elbow
5. Players shoot the ball on the way down instead of the height of their jump. This causes for shots
to be flat and short in most cases.
